We collect identity, contact, financial, and property data to underwrite, refer, and service funding requests under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) principles of fairness, purpose limitation, and security.
Documents are stored with access controls on this platform. We do not sell applicant data to third-party property marketers.
Data may be shared with assigned advisors, administrators, and banking/programme partners solely for underwriting and funding — logged where feasible.
You may request access or correction of personal data by contacting support@homefund.gh with your application reference.
Retention: application and KYC records are kept while a request is active and for a defined servicing/regulatory period thereafter, unless a lawful retention hold applies. A scheduled retention purge may be run by operators via scripts/retention-purge.php when configured.
Consent to this policy and the Terms is logged at registration (consent_log).
