These Terms govern use of the Ghana Homefund portal, Funding Wizard, document uploads, and related services.
By creating an account or submitting an application you confirm that information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to act.
Homefund is a digital application and case-management portal. It does not, by itself, mean Homefund is a Bank of Ghana–licensed deposit-taking bank or specialised deposit-taking institution unless separately disclosed and verified.
Homefund or its programme partners may decline, pause, or request additional documentation (including KYC/AML evidence) for any application.
Electronic offer acceptance creates an audit record of your acknowledgement. Final facility documents and security instruments may still require wet-ink or counsel-supervised execution.
You must not upload malware, another person’s documents without authority, or false identity data.
